Baked hake in my way of licking your fingers, try it and see for yourself. It is not difficult to make.
1 kg headless hake
3 tablespoons cornflour
3 tablespoons white flour
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 tablespoon garlic in granules
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt to taste

Mix both types of flour, ground red pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic, and thyme on a plate.
It is important to dry the fish well beforehand, it must not be wet at all, do it several times with a napkin or a napkin. Roll each steak in the prepared mixture and arrange it on baking paper. When everything is done, then sprinkle the fish with oil and put it in the oven to bake at 18 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, then take out the baking tray and turn each piece of fish to get a nice yellow color and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade: mix garlic, olive oil, primrose with and high vinegar or lemon juice. When the fish is done, pour it into another bowl with a lid and arrange the first row of fish and then the marinade and so on until you run out of material, cover, and leave for a while for the fish to soak the marinade.
Serve with potato salad or baked potatoes as you like.
