Green beans in my way the way I make them, very rich in vitamins and proteins, great, and I share my recipe with you. It is very tasty, try it. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: easy, total time: 90 min. 4 serving
500 g yellow or green beans/ frozen or purchased, halved
400 g of pork/ diced 3 cm
3 carrots/ finely chopped or cut in rings
3 big potatoes/ diced
2 onions medium/ finely chopped
2-3 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 full Tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons weed dill/ finely chopped
1 teaspoon parsley/ finely chopped
1 Tbsp dry spice/Vegeta
salt and pepper to taste
water 1.2 liter
Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and the carrot into rings, cut the pork into smaller cubes, and cut the green beans in half.
Put the onion to fry as soon as it gets a yellowish color, put the meat and the carrots well and mix wells simmer it for about 15 minutes. After add a little water and always control, after 15–20 minutes, put the halved green beans to cook together and cut the potatoes into slices or cubes.
Add a little water and cover, regularly check that there is enough water so that it does not burn.
Let it cook for another 20 minutes and then add a 2-3 teaspoon of ground red paprika, salt, and pepper, add the spice and weed dill to your taste, always add water if it has evaporated.
In one small cup put 1 full Tbsp of flour, mix with a little water 100 ml, put it in the beans and mix well, let cook for another 30 minutes.
When is finish, put 1 teaspoon parsley.
NOTE: You can use also other types of meat, chicken meat or beef meat.
