Simple recipe homemade chocolate biscuits with cream of coconuts, so delicious. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min.
Dough:
250 g of flour
150 g of coconut
200 g butter
150 g of sugar
50 g of cocoa
2 eggs
1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g
a little salt
Cream:
100 g of coconut
200 ml whipping cream (sweet liquid sour cream)
Preparation:
Whisk together the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add eggs, salt, and cocoa. Finally, mix in the flour and add coconut.
Roll out the dough and take out the circles with a round mold. Stack them on a paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 °C.
Whip the sweet cream into the whipped cream and stir in the coconut. (I also added 1 cream fix to the cream to make it a firmer cream).
Combine two biscuits with coconut cream.
