  • This is a recipe that goes from generation to generation and I regularly make dumplings exactly according to my mom's recipe, the dough is fantastic and soft and delicious, you won't regret it if you make it. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: a measure of cup 200 ml, medium, total time: 90 min.

  • 1 and 1/2 kg Potatoes

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 × 200 ml flour cup

  • 1 × 200 ml wheat semolina

  • 1 bag of breadcrumbs


  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • strawberries, apricots or plums for filling what you like more

  1. Cook the potatoes in their skins until soft. When it is cooked, wait for it to cool, then mash the potatoes with a fork or a meat grinder.

  2. There must be no lumps. Then add 2 eggs and 400 ml flour and 1 salt semolina of 200 ml. Combine all this well.

  3. When the dough is well combined, then we make dumplings with fruit such as strawberries, apricots, and plums.

  4. Put a little salt in boiling water and also arrange in a spoonful of dumplings and lightly put them in water.

  5. When they float to the surface for about 2 minutes. Live up to 3 min. and then take them out of the water.

  6. When it's all over, put a little oil in the pan and arrange the breadcrumbs to fry.

  7. When they are done, turn off the heat and then roll all the dumplings and souffle in the breadcrumbs and take them out on a tray, serve hot or cold anyway.
