Green Beans with Pork Meat-No Flour

Updated: Feb 14

  • The preparation of this dish is very simple and healthy because it does not have the addition of flour, it is delicious, juicy, and fragrant with soft pork, full of vitamins and healthy. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 125 min. 6 serving
  • 600 g green beans/ cut in half- if they are long

  • 750 g pork cut into cubes/ preferably without fat

  • 1 medium onion/ finely chopped

  • 1 big carrot / diced

  • 1 teaspoon herbal spice/ Vegeta

  • 5 medium potatoes/ into medium slices

  • 2 Tbsp of oil

  • 3 teaspoons of red ground pepper

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 full teaspoon weed dill

  • water as needed

  • 1 large pot

Preparation:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients listed above in the description above.

  2. Fry the chopped onion in a pot with very little oil on a moderate heat. When it has a glassy appearance, add the herbal spice/Vegeta, prepared carrot and stir. Stew for about 5 minutes, add the prepared meat, stir the ingredients well. Add 100 ml of water, cover, and stir occasionally. Stew the meat for about 30 minutes. (I always had a small pot of 300 ml next to me and I add water as needed during cooking).

  3. After the specified time, add the prepared green beans.

  4. Stir the ingredients well and add water so that it is under the green beans and meat, not too much. I do it all on purpose. Cover the pot and cook for the next 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, on a slightly moderate heat.

  5. After the specified time, add sliced potatoes, ground red pepper, salt, pepper to taste and weed dill, add water to cover the potatoes and cook for about 25 minutes on slightly moderate heat, stirring occasionally.

  6. Take out 6 slices of boiled potatoes and put them in a blender, add about 100 ml of water and blend well into a cream. After that, add a little more water and pour the composition into the pot and stir well. Cook covered on slightly moderate heat 30 min, and stir occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste as needed. If you are not sure that the meat is cooked, take out a piece and cut it and taste it. The meat must be soft and well cooked!

  7. When the dish is ready, serve it in a deeper plate. If you like, you can add a spoonful of sour cream to the plate. Buon appetito!

NOTE: Here in Italy, you cannot find yellow green beans, if you have them, you can prepare them according to this recipe. In any case, both will be delicious!!
