Healthy Oatmeal

  • This is one of the fastest ways to make a healthy breakfast or dinner, which is ready in just a few minutes. You can combine it with some dried fruit that you prefer or some sweet fruit topping, as you wish. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: 2 serving, very easy. Total time:15 minutes.
  • 8 Tablespoons oatmeal

  • 2 glass of water

  • 400 ml yogurt

  • 200 g of cherries

  • 20 g of ground flax

  • 20 g of dried raisins

  • 20 g almonds

Total calories: 380 kcal

Preparation:
  1. First, cook the oatmeal in water for less than 1 minute. When is finished, pour them all the ingredients into a bowl and that's it! Almost in less than 5 minutes! Try it, and you will see that it is great! You can do it with any other fruit and a different combination of foods. Enjoy in bites!
