Ladyfingers Homemade

  • Homemade Biscuits/ Ladyfingers are made from plain biscuit dough. They are easy and simple to prepare. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: easy, total time: 30 min.
  • 3 eggs

  • 80 g of sharp flour

  • 100 g of sugar

  • 10 g density

  • 10 g vanilla sugar /or 1 sachet

  • 1 lemon peel grated

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, add 2/3 of sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar to the egg whites.

  2. Add the rest of the sugar to the egg yolks and whisk until foamy.

  3. When you have done the egg yolks, wipe the mixer additives and whisk the egg whites into a solid snow. Stir the egg yolks into the egg whites with a spatula, add the grated lemon peel and gradually add the sifted flour.

  4. When done, fill the dressing bag with a wider accessory. Place the baked paper in the pan and use a syringe to make cookie-shaped shapes. Then sprinkle plenty of powdered sugar over them.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C for about 20 minutes.
