Macaroni with Mushrooms and Bacon in Béchamel from the Oven Lena
Italian dish macaroni with mushrooms baked from the oven my way. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: medium, total time: 80 min. 8 servings
250 g macaroni (or other short pasta)
700 ml of béchamel /white sauce (see in my recipe for sauce)
150 gr of bacon
250 gr of mushrooms
a handful of dried porcine/ dried mushrooms
150 g Grana Padano / Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp fresh of chopped parsley
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
40 g butter
1 tsp oregano

Preparation:
Wash the mushrooms and chop them into leaves, put the dried mushrooms in water and soak for 20 min. Chop the garlic into small pieces.
Take a deeper pan and pour very little olive oil, when it warms up put the mushrooms to simmer, as soon as the water evaporates from the mushrooms add dry spices / mushrooms, garlic and butter and season with salt and pepper and put the chopped parsley finely, mix well and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare the béchamel sauce (see my recipe for sauces)
When you have done the béchamel, prepare the macaroni and cook them and prepare the pan for the bacon, which you will fry briefly for about 5-7 min.
When everything is finished then take a refractory bowl with a deeper size of 35 x 40 and put a spoon (spread) 1.first Béchamel sauce on the bottom and sprinkle with 2. Parmesan grated, then put 3.bacon and arrange 4.macaroni and 5.mushrooms and so on all in the same order until the end of the material, make sure that the end with the pasta ends :) . Sprinkle the rest of the béchamel in a bowl and shake a little so that the béchamel goes into all the materials and sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the béchamel, if you like oregano, put it on top, I personally adore it and it is very healthy :)
Bake at 180 degrees for 30–35 minutes. This is my recipe. I hope you will like it.
Buon appetito!
