The medical diet was once applied exclusively to heart patients who adhered to it before the operation, and today it is available to all of us, so we can lose.

Lunch: 200 g of boiled fish or white meat, one tomato, and five salty crackers: 1 kg of any cooked vegetable, one boiled egg, and one tomato After these five days, you start over. We repeat that you must not keep the diet for more than 15 days. In case you are not satisfied after that and want to lose weight, you must take a break of at least a week. If you are diabetic, have problems with the heart, kidneys, then be sure to consult your doctor before keeping a diet. This certainly applies to healthy people, whose immunity may tend to decline very quickly without them even being aware of it.
