Updated: Mar 11

  • Here is one of my wonderful recipes if I make mushroom sauce. Fantastic tasty and full of vitamins, easy to prepare and quick to finish. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min. 30' min 4 serving
  • 1 large onion/ finely chopped

  • 350 g of mushrooms of any kind/cut into leaves

  • 50 g butter

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil

  • fresh parsley leaves to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic/ finely chopped

  • 250 ml of sour cream /or béchamel sauce

  • some milk if it is thicker as needed

Preparation:
  1. First, clean and wash all the mushrooms from the stalks.

  2. Cut them into small leaves, wash and clean the onion and finely chop it as well as the garlic.

  3. Take one Teflon, a deeper bowl and put 1 tablespoon of olive oil, wait for it to heat up, we will do everything over a moderate heat.

  4. Then put the chopped onion, after 2–3 minutes add the chopped mushrooms and season with a salt and pepper. Cover pan.

  5. Wait for the water from the mushrooms to evaporate.

  6. When the water has evaporated, put the butter and garlic, stir well. Immediately after add sour cream or béchamel sauce, mix it well, make sure that the sauce is a little thicker but not too much, if necessary add a little milk, add more spices to your taste. Add basil and fresh parsley.

  7. I do this regularly when I don't have much time, cooking takes a short time, and it's a real pleasure and taste to eat a meal like this. This is my recipe.
