Pie Potato without Bark

  • Potato pie, which is easy to make without the crusts, I believe that everyone will like it deliciously and juicy. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min.
  • 2 large potatoes

  • 1 large onion

  • 2–3 eggs

  • olive oil

  • salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

Preparation:
  1. Heat a lot of oil in the pan.

  2. Fry the onion, chopped into rings, over low heat.

  3. When they are deep (semifinished), add the potatoes, cut into thin rings

  4. All this together, continue with the frying so that the potatoes are nicely fried on both sides.

  5. A little additional explanation, the potatoes should be fried in a lot of oil, i.e., sauté more, when it is done, hand it out in a metal strainer and discard all the excess oil.

  6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the potatoes and onions, combine everything nicely and then transfer to a Teflon pan (with a few drops of oil), flatten and bake at a moderate temperature

  7. After a few minutes, turn the whole tortilla over to bake on the other side as well.
