Wonderful rolls soft as a soul, try to make them yourself, follow the instructions
900 gr flour type 500,
1 bag of dry yeast (7 gr),
400 ml of warm milk,
180 ml oil,
1 tablespoon sugar,
1 teaspoon salt
Rolls soft as a soul
Add warm milk to one bowl, then oil, two egg whites, one tablespoon of sugar and one bag of dry yeast, and stir. Gradually add one part flour and a teaspoon of salt and knead while adding the rest of the flour.
On a floured work surface, knead the dough with the addition of flour as needed. Put the oiled dough in a drizzle, cover with nylon and leave on warm to rise. It would be best to leave the dough for about an hour and a half to two hours.
Then transfer the dough to a floured surface and cut into smaller pieces. Roll out the square shape with a rolling pin and fill with your favorite filling.
Using a cutter or knife, make slits and wrap the bun.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 min. orr 190 degrees 15 min
