Tiramisu Cake

Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min.
  • 4 egg yolks

  • 100 g of powdered sugar

  • 500 g mascarpone cheese

  • 250 ml of sweet cream

  • 2 larger packs of biscuits (48 pieces)

  • 250 ml of brewed strong black coffee

  1. Mix the egg yolks with powdered sugar, put to steam until it thickens, about 15–20 minutes until it thickens.

  2. When it cools down well, add the mascarpone cheese and whisk a little.

  3. Whip the sweet cream separately, add it to the previous mixture, and whisk again with a mixer.

  4. Dip the biscuits in the strained black coffee, place them on a tray (half a biscuit goes, 2 rows of 12 pieces) then put the cream on it, then the soaked biscuits (2 rows of 12 pieces) and the rest of the cream.

  5. Sprinkle all this with cocoa powder for decoration. .

  6. If you make a double measure, do not stir the filling together for both measures, stir separately because I know from experience that the cream will not be as firm as it should be. I once made a double measure and the cream was softer.
