Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min.
4 eggs
16 Tablespoons flour
1 cup sour milk/ or 200 of ml yogurt
1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g
oil
pinch of salt and sugar
Preparation:
Beat the eggs well, add sour milk (or yogurt) add flour mixed with baking powder, little salt and sugar. Mix well the dough. Let it sit for 20 minutes, covered.
When the dough is completely smooth, take out the donuts with a wet spoon and fry in hot oil.
They can be eaten salty, with cream, cheese or sour cream, or sweet — with jam, powdered sugar or with Nutella, Euro cream.
