You have Pain in your Joints and Knees?

  • If you have pain in your joints and knees, here is an old folk tested recipe

  • take a banana peel and chop it finely, like chopping an onion, (do not blend), and put it in one jar, pour 100 ml of brandy (vodka or something else).

  • Do not close but just cover with gauze and wait 10–12 days when the brandy evaporates, the balm is ready to be applied to the sore spot.
