Ingredients: Ingredients for cooking dal: 1/2 cup Basmati Rice 1/2 cup Moong Dal 1/4 cup Masoor Dal 5 cups water 1 Tbsp Salt (or to taste) 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) 1 tsp Ghee Ingredients for masala: 1 big onion / finely chopped 6-7 Cloves Garlic / finely chopped 1 big piece of ginger / finely chopped 5 green chilies / finely chopped (or to taste) 2 medium-sized tomatoes / finely chopped 2 Tbsp Ghee 1 Tbsp Jeera 2 Dry Red Chilies 15-16 curry leaves (Curry Patta) 1/4 tsp Hing 1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi 1 tsp Red Chili Powder 1/4 tsp Haldi Powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder Khichdi Cooker above 1 Tbsp Butter 3 Tbsps Coriander Leaves Preparation: Stir in the ingredients for cooking rice, basmati rice, moong dal, masoor dal, pour in 300 ml of water and mix the ingredients by hand and strain the water. Then put 2 fingers of water over the ingredients in the pot, season with salt and add turmeric and ghee and mix the ingredients, cover the pot and cook over a moderate heat. While the rice is cooking, prepare the other ingredients. Garlic, garlic, ginger, peppers and tomatoes. In another pan, pour Ghi Butter to melt over medium-moderate heat, add the jeera and leave to simmer, then add the dried red peppers and fry for a few minutes. Cut the pork into 2.5 cm-3 cm thick strips and then cut them into cubes of the same thickness. Put the pork in a deep bowl and pour over the marinade, and stir well. Leave it to stand overnight, so it will pick up all the ingredients and be tastier, if not at least 2 hours to stand if you are in a hurry. When the time has passed, take a little oil and pour it into a deeper pan, drain the pork well and arrange it to fry on a moderately moderate heat, until it turns brown well on both sides. Pour a little oil into the same pan, return the roasted pork and pour the rest of the marinade and cook for about 10-15 minutes until you get the desired density of the sauce.
