It is pleasant in the summer heat and a light dish that fills you up, and you have taken in the most necessary vitamins during the day. If you want to prepare this wonderful and refreshing salad as a meal, follow the recipe. Ingredients: simple, total time: 20 min. 2 servings Pasta: 200 g pasta/ macaroni or penne water for pasta 1 Tbsp EVO olive oil 1 teaspoon sea salt For Salad: 1 can tuna/ filtered 1 red onion/chop into ribs 1 can boiled sweet corn/ 50 g 1 cucumber/ washed with peel, diced 1 red fresh bell pepper/ washed and diced without seeds 1 green pepper/ washed and diced without seeds 5 Olive/ black or green cut into rings 2 Tablespoon Greek feta cheese/ diced grated Parmesan cheese to taste 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley leaves. Topping: 200 ml sour cream 1 flat Tablespoon mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 Tbsp Olive oil EVO salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon oregano/ or to taste Preparation: Prepare all the ingredients as described above. Ingredients : simple, total time: 35 min. 3 servings 250 g of spaghetti with octopus color/ black 300 g of squid/cut into rings 400 g of shrimp/ cleaned from the shell 3 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp of chili powder 2 clove of garlic/ minced 1/2 glass of white wine/ or Chardonnay 50 g butter 50 g of parsley/ finely chopped sea salt and pepper to taste Preparation: Prepare all the ingredients as described above. For Pasta: Pour water into a large pot, add 1 teaspoon of sea salt and heat over moderate heat until boiling. When the water boils, add the spaghetti and cook according to the instructions until al dente. Save 200 ml of the liquid where the pasta was cooked, then strain it well. Make sure you do all this with the seafood sauce. That way, your lunch will be ready faster! For Sauce Seafood: Wash and clean the shrimp and squid, peel the first and cut the second into pieces. It is prepared with black pepper, a lot of onion, a lot of paprika and added spices with meat that has already been grilled, that is, fried. It is very tasty, some eat it spicy and some not. Of course, the meat can also be fried in a pan, but for the real taste of the stirrer, the grilled meat is responsible. This is Serbian traditional food. Follow recipe. When the oil has become hot, take out the fritters with a small spoon and with the help of another spoon put them on the hot oil. Press a little pinch with a spoon. Make sure you do it quickly because it will stay hot at the same time. Fry them until they are golden brown on all sides. Take them out with a slotted spoon, place them on a kitchen towel on a vessel to absorb excess fat and cover.
