Broccoli Salad A simple and delicious broccoli salad. I like broccoli prepared this way the most, and the salad can go with almost all dishes. It's easy to prepare and ready quickly! The only thing is that you have to cool the salad in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving. Follow recipe. Cake for 15 minutes A refreshing no-bake, sparkling and soft cake vanilla and strawberry cake. The cookies are arranged in a mold, not made, so you get a lot of time. Literally, a cake ready in 15 minutes. Follow the recipe. Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min. 30 x 35 cm or mold 22 cm For Pudding: 2 bag vanilla pudding powder/ 40 g each 200 ml milk 4 full Tablespoon sugar 1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g Other: 700 ml milk 20 g butter 500 g strawberries cut in half/ or raspberries 1 small pack Ladyfingers — Savoyardi/ 210 g 200 ml lukewarm milk 150 g ground plasma biscuits/ for sprinkle Decoration: 1 bag whipped cream/ or 200 ml sweet cream chocolate flakes to taste or ground plasma biscuits mold 24 cm/ or baking dish 30×35 cm Preparation: Before starting to make the cake, wash the strawberries well, remove the stalks and soak them in water for 30 minutes with 1 teaspoon of baking soda. After that, rinse 3 times, then cut them in half, and set aside. Grind the plasma biscuit and set aside. Dip the ladyfingers in lukewarm milk. Arrange the ladyfingers in the baking sheet (or cake tin) side by side, one row only. Then sprinkle with crushed plasma biscuits where the open space is visible. And put it aside. Put to fry on both sides with very little oil, over a moderate heat. Wait for the meat to take on a nice brown color and set it aside when done. Prepare all the vegetables as described above. In a deep pot, add the finely chopped onions to fry as soon as it gets a yellowish color. Then add chicken meat and carrots, stir well. Add a little water, simmer it for about 15 minutes. Always control liquid and add as needed. After 15–20 minutes, put the green beans to cook together and cut the potatoes into slices or cubes. Pour enough water to cover all the vegetables and cover the pot! Regularly check that there is enough water and stir so that it does not burn. Let it cook for another 20 minutes, then add a 2-3 teaspoon of ground red paprika, salt, pepper, and a weed dill to your taste, with always adding water if it has evaporated. Ingredients : simple, total time: 60 min. 10 servings For Stew: 1/2 piece of lamb's head/ cooked/ brain and tongue chopped 200 g lamb meat/ cooked and chopped 800 ml broth/(1 vegetable cube for soup + 800 ml water)/ strained 3 Tablespoons olive oil EVO 30 g of butter 2 spring onions/ finely chopped 1 onion/ finely chopped 3 carrots/ finely chopped 1 cup of rice / 170 ml 1 cup peas/ 170 ml 2 medium potatoes/ diced 1 big tomato/chopped 1 and half teaspoon of black pepper 3 teaspoons sea salt / or to taste 15 peppercorns 1 bay leaf 1 teaspoon mint/ dry or fresh to taste 50 g pasta for soup/ optional 1 Tablespoon celery or parsley leaves/finely chopped — to taste/ optional pinch of red-hot chili crushed flakes/ as desired water as needed Soup Splash Spray : 1 egg yolk 200 ml of sour milk 1 and half Tablespoons of flour 1 Tablespoon of vinegar 1/2 teaspoon red ground pepper Preparation: First, prepare all the ingredients from the description above. Wash the lamb's head and meat. Put in 800 ml of water with 1 soup cube and cook until it boils. Collect excess fat. Cooking takes approximately 35 minutes. When the bones start to separate, remove the meat and the head. Cut the meat into cubes, separate the lamb's head from the bones. Cut the brain and tongue into small pieces. Strain the broth from the remains of the bones and set aside. In a deep pot, pour olive oil, fry the finely chopped onion until transparent. Add finely chopped carrots, spring onion and stir well. Simmer for about 7 minutes, with stirring occasionally, on low to moderate heat. Then add butter. When the butter has melted, add the chopped meat and the parts from the head that you chopped. Stew for about 3 minutes, then add strained broth, bay leaf, peppercorns, mint, diced tomato, stir well. Cook about 7 minutes with occasional stirring, then add water as needed. When you have combined the ingredients, remove from the heat, add slowly to the soup, with stirring constantly. If you want to put the pasta in the broth, then put it 5 minutes before splash. I did not add it! At the end, sprinkle with celery or parsley leaves if you desired. Remove from the heat and leave the broth to cool. When serving this broth, sprinkle it with crushed pepper if desired. Buon appetito! NOTE: You don't have to apply the spray (splash) if you prefer it leaner. But you must know that with a spray it tastes real, and it's much tastier! Likewise, you are not obliged to put the pasta for soup. I have added more vegetables and rice instead, and it is much tastier and healthier! In the end, I had about 3 liters of water in the pot with a splash. Ingredients : simple, total time: 40 min. 6 serving 2 pack of chicken breasts/ cut in half/ total about 950 g 1/2 tsp salt/ to season chicken meat 2 tsp dry spice/ Vegeta/ to season chicken meat 1/2 tsp black pepper/ to season chicken meat 2 Tablespoons Olive oil EVO 20 g butter 200 g brown mushrooms/ cut into thick strips 60 g of dried tomatoes preserved in oil/ drained and chopped 20 g spring onions/ green parts-finely chopped 3 cloves of garlic/ minced 400 ml of cooking cream 90 g grated Parmesan cheese 400 g of fresh baby spinach/ or frozen 1 Tablespoon chives Preparation: Prepare all the ingredients as described above. First prepare the chicken. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper and dry spices/ Vegeta. Melt butter in olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Put the chicken meat and fry on both sides until golden brown. When done, transfer the chicken to a cutting board. Cut the chicken into medium pieces. Return the wok pan to medium heat, add 2 Tablespoon olive oil. When the oil has heated up, add the sliced mushrooms. Fry about 10 minutes, with stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are golden brown and the liquid has completely evaporated. After that, add the chopped: dried tomatoes, spring onions, garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for about a minute until fragrant. After that, stir the cream into the mushroom mixture, and stir. Immediately add chicken meat and baby spinach. Bring to a gentle boil, with stirring often, then reduce heat. Cook about 15 min. After the spinning time, add Parmesan cheese and gently mix all the ingredients in the wok-pan. Let the sauce simmer for another 2 minutes, until it thickens a bit. Season with salt and pepper as needed. When the spinach is wilted and the chicken is tender, and the sauce reached the desired thickness, remove from the heat then garnish with chives. It is best to consume it the same day. If you have any left over, keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also pack this dish in the freezer and store it for the next 3 months.
