Brussels Sprouts Brussels sprouts are my favorite dish in autumn and winter, they are very healthy, and I always prepare them like this, without a lot of additives, which makes it tastier and healthier. It doesn't need to be cooked too much, just 5 minutes in boiling water. Follow recipe.
