Sprinkle the surface with some ground walnuts then roll the mixture into a roll gently flatten the dough with your palm to the size of your finger, then form a big rectangle, using a knife to smooth the edges. The bars must be 6×1 cm in size. Repeat the same with the second dough. Brush both doughs with other part of the beaten egg white and smooth them. Cut into bars 1 cm thick with help of sharp knife. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If the shape of the bar is damaged, repair it with a knife. Place the bars in the heated oven at 80 °C for 80–90 minutes to dry. Let it cooling. Serve. Buon appetito! NOTE: The procedure is the same with the second and third recipe, only the ingredients are different. In the third recipe, decorate with melted chocolate over the white glaze when the bar is already dried and baked and cold. Tulumbe Dough : Pour powdered sugar, 100 ml of milk, 100 ml of water, 30 g of butter, and 60 ml of oil into a saucepan and mix. Put it on the stove, heat it on low to moderate heat and stir. When it started to boil, add flour, stir with a wooden spoon until it thickens. When it has thickened, leave the stove on for another 30 seconds, then turn it off. Cook for another 1 minute on the switched off hot plate. As soon as the dough separates from the pan, it means it is ready. Transfer the finished dough to a deep bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes.
