Ingredients: medium, total time: 60 min. 60 pieces DOUGH: 500 g flour 200 g /butter or margarine 60 g crystal sugar 3 egg yolks 1 whole egg A pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar 120 ml of milk 20 g yeast put in little pot and let raise yeast for 15 min. FILLING: 250 g of ground walnuts 100 g of sugar
