  • Mućkalica Serbian Dish-Mix Shaker

Mućkalica Serbian Dish-Mix Shaker Mućkalica is an old dish, characteristic of southern Serbia. It was created by a combination, i.e., thick soups of vegetables and grilled meat. It got its name from the way it is prepared, when there is more insistence on shaking (shaking) the dish about which the dish is prepared than in mixing. Of course, you can't avoid mixing, especially if you prepare it on strong heat sources. Follow recipe. Ingredients : very easy, total time100 min, 8 serving 1 kg pork neck, fillets 1 kg of chicken fillet or beef from the neck, fillets 10 pieces of fleshy ripe tomato/ steamed peeled and cut into cubes 10 pieces of fleshy red peeled roasted peppers/ cut into cubes or strips 7 onions/ finely chopped 4-5 Tbsp vegetable oil salt and pepper to taste 7 cloves garlic/ finely chopped 1 and 1/2 Tbsp red ground hot pepper 1-2 tsp ground hot crushed pepper/ to taste 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley/ optional 150 g of bacon/ diced Preparation: Prepare all the ingredients as described above. Before baking, salt the meat well and oil it in one bowl. Place to grill or pan. Bake the meat until golden brown on both sides. Remove the roasted meat from the side. Put chopped bacon in the same pan and fry until golden brown. Then set aside. In another deep bowl, place the chopped onions, and fry until it becomes softer and glassy. During that time, cut the roasted meat into cubes. In the stewed onion, add the grilled fat, roasted cleaned and diced pepper, season (salt, pepper) to taste and mix well. After 10 minutes, add chopped garlic, 1/2 amount of steamed diced tomatoes, roasted bacon with fat, ground hot pepper, sweet pepper, and stir well. After 15 minutes, add the diced meat and mix everything well. The meat must be dipped in the juice. After 10 minutes, add the other 1/2 amount of the steamed tomatoes, peeled. Cover the pot and let it cook for about 1 hour. Occasionally shake the pot and stir the ingredients. When the mućkalica is ready, turn off the heat. If you like to add fresh chopped parsley, it is not necessary. Serve hot mućkalica with corn flour, rice, mashed potatoes or eat it like this if you like it spicy with bread. Buon appetito! NOTE:   The amount for 4 people goes to 1/2 all the ingredients. Keep the rest of the food in the freezer for up to 4 days. #food #maindishes #mixshaker #mućkalica #serbianfood #delicious #hot #spicy #meal #foodblogger #blog Use the contact form for questions or advice. • Cake Reform

Cake Reform Original recipe Reform cake, no need to write much about it, everyone knows that is fantastic! An ideal cake for the New Year and Christmas holidays. Read more about advising this cake. F ollow recipe. Ingredients: medium, total time: 110 min. Ingredients for 3 barks, divide in 3: 12 egg whites 300 g of sugar 300 g unpeeled ground almonds/or hazelnuts or walnuts Fill: 12 yolks 12 Tablespoons sugar (better 9–10) 2 bars of cooking chocolate 200 g butter Cake Reform Preparation: Bark: The crust is baked in a shallow rectangular pan that arrived with a stove. I advise you to grease the baking tray with butter and then stick baking paper on it. The oven is heated to 200 °C. Egg whites are placed in a large whisk, add a pinch of salt. Stir with a mixer on the highest speed until they become quite firm, only then gradually add sugar, stirring all the time. White eggs must be very firm. Finally, stir in the almonds with a spoon, i.e., hazelnuts. Immediately pour and flatten on a baking sheet. The crust is baked relatively briefly, in an oven with a fan for no longer than 15 min. It's done when it gets dark. When you pour the crust mass into the tin, it may seem that not everything will fit and that the crust will be too thick. During baking, it may grow even more, but you should not worry about that: during cooling, it will fall to the ideal thickness (about 7 mm). Once cooled, remove the curved edges with a knife and eat if you desired :) Cut the crust into three strips, making sure that they can comfortably fit on a rectangular tray, i.e., cake reform plate. Don't f orget that the filling should come around them. Filling: Before you tackle the ingredients, first prepare the pots for cooking bain marie. One larger and one smaller, water in the larger enough to touch the bottom less. Put egg yolks, sugar in a whisk bowl and mix about 10 min., until the sugar is well mixed and the mixture is foamy. The longer it is stirred, the firmer it will be, the firmness is what will prevent it from leaking in the end, just steam cooking does not play a crucial role here. Steam the filling in a bowl, stir with a hand whisk, and at the same time add the broken chocolate. After the chocolate melts, cook with stirring for only 2 minutes, until the mass becomes even thicker. Then remove from the steam and stir for another minute. Cover and allow cooling. Remove the butter from the refrigerator to room temperature. If you mix the butter into the hot filling with a food processor, the color will be darker. If you whisk it with a mixer into the cooled filling, it will be much lighter. Divide the filling into 2 smaller and 1 larger part. Fill the crusts and arrange them one on top of the other, and for the most part cover the whole cake. Decorate as desired. From boiling, stir for another 30 seconds, then remove from heat. When the cream is cooked, add the vanilla, pour the cream into a wide container, cover with foil and let it cool completely. Separate 300 g of cream from the side for coating the cake, and mix the roasted hazelnuts into the remaining part, mix everything well until uniform. Spread the crusts with over 500 g of filling inside and a little thinner on top, because yellow cream also goes. Leave a spoonful of filling for the balls. When the cake has cooled well in the refrigerator, cut the ends with a sharp serrated knife. Spread the top and sides of the cake with a separate yellow filling without hazelnuts. Hazelnut Grill : Put the sugar in a small saucepan and caramelize it. Add roasted, cleaned hazelnuts. Pour onto baking paper. When it has completely cooled down, grind it into larger pieces. Decoration : Decorate the side of the cake with ground grilliash. Make balls from the ends of the dough and a little filling and roll them in a hazelnut or grill. Cover half of the balls with melted white chocolate. Arrange the balls on the cake. Let it cool cake 3 hours, then serve! Buon appetito! Preparation: The first thing you need to do is make the béchamel sauce. Pour butter into a deep medium pot and fry over moderate heat. When heated, gradually add flour, stir constantly until you get a nice mass. Then immediately add milk, stir constantly so as not to burn at the bottom. Add butter and stir constantly, then put nutmeg and salt and wait for the béchamel to gain in density until boiling, and then set it aside to cool. Now prepare the other ingredients, take the smoked ham and cut it into thin strips, if they are very long you can cut them in half. Wash and squeeze the mushrooms well and cut them into thin slices and set them aside. Fresh primrose finely chop and set aside. Cut the smoked cheese into strips and a half if they are long. When you have prepared all that, you are ready to do the next procedure. Take a deep pan in which you will pour 2 spoons of oil, wait for the oil to heat up well, and pour the smoked ham and fry until it is transparent. The oil remains still in the pan, leaving the ham aside. Pour mushrooms into the same pan, add 2 spoons of oil, fry until the water evaporates from the mushrooms, do everything over moderately low heat. When they are ready, put out the fire, add a little salt and pepper and parsley leaves, and set aside. Take a pan of my mold 30×20, béchamel sauce with a large spoon spread over the whole dish, then arrange the lasagna dough. Put fried ham, 1 ladle of béchamel and spoon spread, then sprinkle mushrooms all over the dough then smoked cheese. Repeat this until you run out of material, watch the last level come l asagna dough, béchamel sauce, and a little oregano if you like. Then put the grated Parmesan cheese. Add the finely chopped leek, stir, simmer for about 3–5 minutes, then add a little water, black pepper if necessary. I have added about 150 ml water. Stir occasionally for about 10 minutes, then add a 100 ml water again. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Put the prepared liver to stew for about 5 minutes on each side, until it takes on color and softens. Remove the livers and place on a plate. Pour white wine into the onion mixture, stir for a few minutes until the alcohol evaporates, then add the finely chopped garlic, stir for about 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Pour the mixture into a deep container and mix with a stick mixer into a compact mixture for about 1 minute. I didn't add water to this composition, but if you like thin sauces, add about 50 ml of olive oil and 50 ml of water less often. The sauce will be thinner and smoother. I combined mashed potatoes with these livers — pour the sauce over the purée and livers , serve warm.
