Gingerbread Cookies

  • Gingerbreads straight from the oven with a rich ginger, honey, cinnamon flavor. Perfect crunchy soft bites while you bite them, ready in just 10 minutes. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time 10 min., 24 cookies
  • 250 g flour

  • 1 and 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

  • pinch of salt

  • 170 g butter softened

  • 140 g sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 Tablespoon of water

  • 4 Tbsp honey or molasses

  • 2 Tablespoons of sugar for rolling

  1. Turn on the oven at 175 °C

  2. Sift all dry and powdery ingredients through a sieve.

  3. Mix butter and sugar until you get a smooth mixture, beat for about 5 minutes.

  4. Then add egg, water, and molasses and mix.

  5. When the ingredients are combined, add the powdered ingredients and knead the dough.

  6. Take the dough with a spoon, form cookies, roll them in the sugar you have separated, line them up on baking paper in a pan.

  7. Gently level the bottom of the biscuits with a glass.

  8. Bake cookies for about 8 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
