    Brussels Sprouts Brussels sprouts are my favorite dish in autumn and winter, they are very healthy, and I always prepare them like this, without a lot of additives, which makes it tastier and healthier. It doesn't need to be cooked too much, just 5 minutes in boiling water. Follow recipe. Ingredients: simple, total time: 20 min. 2 servings 350 g Brussels sprouts/ cut in 1/2 or whole 4 Tbsp Olive oil EVO/ or to taste salt and pepper to taste 2 Tbsp apple acid cider vinegar 2 cloves of garlic/ optional pinch of turmeric/ optional Preparation: Wash the Brussels sprouts, remove the hard bottom part in a thin layer. Ingredients : cup measure 150 ml, simple, total time:30 min., 2 servings 1 cup of rice/ washed 2 cups of water 2 cups of milk 4 Tbsp of granulated sugar cinnamon to taste 2 small bowls for dessert/ bath in water Preparation: Clean, and wash rice under a running of cold water. Cook the rice in 2 cups of water with occasionally stirring on moderate heat. When the water boils completely, reduce the temperature (to 2) then pour 1 cup of milk. When it boils again, add another cup of milk and 4 spoon of sugar. Cook on low heat for about 15-18 minutes. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and pass the garlic through the garlic press. Wash the spinach well and chop it into larger pieces. Boil in boiling water for about 1-2 minute and strain. If using frozen, there is no need for this step, just take them out earlier and cut them into pieces. Leave to cool. Ingredients: simple, total time: 10 min. 1 cube of soft butter / 20 g 1 whole head garlic/minced salt and black pepper to taste 1 tsp dry weed dill/ or fresh 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp parsley/ finely chopped-optional 1 tsp red ground pepper/ for potatoes optional 1/2 lemon juice/ for fish and salads Preparation : First   Method : Pour the butter into a small pan, melt it on a low heat, add the 1/2 head chopped garlic. As soon as it smells, add the dill, stir for a few seconds, remove from the heat, add salt and pepper to taste, mix and pour over the potatoes. This is a variant for new potatoes or regular potatoes, it can serve as an addition to soups or sauces. Second   Method : Mix butter, parsley, salt, pepper, and 1/2 head garlic in a mortar, pound it all into the cream with a pestle. Coat meat, and potatoes. You can add some ground red pepper if you need it for the potatoes. If you require for fish, and salads add a 1/2 lemon juice. Brush before baking. You can keep meat and fish in the fridge for 30 minutes, covered. Third   Method : Bake a whole head of garlic with potatoes for 20 minutes at 200 °C. Remove the garlic, peel it and place it in a small bowl, add butter, salt, and pepper to taste, mash it all with a fork or blend it into a cream. At the end, add the dill and mix again. Ingredients: simple, total time: 90 min. 6 servings 6 red fresh peppers/cleaned of seeds and roasted 2 carrots/ into rings or cubes 1/2 stalk of celery/ chopped 1 parsnip/ chopped 3 tomatoes/ diced and peeled 100 g green beans/ cut in half 2–3 medium potatoes/ diced 600 g chicken meat/ diced/small drumsticks, white meat cubes salt and pepper to taste 100 ml tomatoes paste 2 Tablespoon olive oil EVO 200 ml of rice herbal dry spice- Vegeta salt and black pepper to taste 1 big onion/ chopped 600 ml water or as needed/ or vegetable or chicken broth a larger terracotta vessel/ about 25-30 cm deep or baking dish 35x30 cm 2 bay leafs 1 teaspoon of red ground pepper small eggplant/ diced/optional peppercorns/ optional fresh parsley/ finely chopped-optional Preparation: Prepare all the vegetables and cut the meat as described above. Peel the roasted peppers from the shell and put the remaining seeds aside. In a deep pan put the chopped onion in olive oil, fry for about 3–4 minutes. When the onion has softened and turned yellowish, add the prepared meat stew until it gets a golden brown color. Cook on moderate heat, and cover. After that, add all the prepared vegetables, bey leafs except tomatoes, tomato paste and rice. When the vegetables have a little softened, add the tomatoes, tomato paste, rice and red ground pepper, cook for about 15 minutes. Cut the roasted peppers in half if they are larger pieces Season and stir, if necessary add 200 ml of water. Cook another 15 minutes over low heat. Add another 400 ml of water, chopped parsley and stir the ingredients. Once again, check the taste of the dish and add spices if necessary. Transfer the ingredients to a terracotta dish and bake at 180 °C for about 35 minutes. If your oven works harder, cover the pan with aluminum foil. You can use a square pan or a glass ovenproof dish. When the finished dish has cooled down, cut it into portions. Enjoy in bites! NOTE: I have fried the chicken meat in olive oil for about 12 minutes on each side, turning it regularly after 6 minutes of frying. After that, I added it to the pot with the vegetables. For me, it is even tastier and more beautiful! If you are using broth, then do not add the Vegeta dry seasoning and too much salt! Check the food and add to taste. In some stores, you can already find ready-frozen made packages for djuvech. Buy 2 packages, so if you have some left over, it's not a big deal, you can use it for soups or some stews.
