Burek without Crust-Pie with Meat

  • Burek prepared in this way, is very tasty, and more importantly, extremely easy and quick to prepare. You can serve it warm, and it tastes equally good when cold. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 80 min. 4 serving
  • 300 g minced meat (I used pork)

  • 2–3 onions/ finely chopped

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk/200 ml

  • 1 yogurt /glass of 200 ml

  • 12 Tablespoons flour

  • 1 bag of baking powder/ 7 g

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • pan oil

Preparation:
  1. Finely chop the onion. I mostly catch blander, so if you have, feel free to use the same.

  2. Mix minced meat, onion, eggs, yogurt, milk, and spices.

  3. Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix everything together well.

  4. Pour into a well-greased pan, preferably round, and bake at 200 °C for about 45 min.

  5. You can serve hot or cold, as I stated above. Cut into pieces and serve. My first thought for the combination with this burek was sour milk or yogurt.
