Then mix with the previously combined oil, flour, salt, and the rest of the 150 ml water. Knead a softer dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Then roll out thinly and spread with softened margarine. Wrap dough in a roll and let it stand for another 15 minutes. Roll out again, spread a little with margarine and fold like a book. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm, spread again and cut in half, then cut into triangles. Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min. 700 g of beef fillet/ diced on cubes 5 mm 120 g of ground shallots/ finely chopped 40 g of ground capers/ finely chopped 1 egg yolk + additional egg yolk for serving/ optional 45 ml spicy whole grain mustard / or 2 Tbsp whole grain mustard + 1 Tbsp Dijon 30 ml of fresh parsley/ finely chopped 30 ml of olive oil 1 lemon / grated and juiced salt and pepper to taste Preparation: Prepare all the ingredients as described above. Remove excess fat from steak. Finely chop the fillets into 5 mm pieces. Do this by cutting the steaks into thin strips. Cut the strips into halves or thirds. Then cut the steak strips crosswise. Take a 22 cm round mold, place the baked paper on the bottom and coat the edges of the mold with butter, that is, the mold ring. Serve the mixture and flatten it with a spatula, then spin with a glass and press until the base is well combined. Leave the mold in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Ingredients : simple, total time 180: min. 6 servings 830 g of young beef 2 large onions 1/2 flat teaspoon ground hot pepper 2 teaspoons of ground red pepper 1 Tablespoon of tomato concentrate mixed with 100 ml of water 200 ml tomato paste 1 flat teaspoon and 1/2 salt 1 flat teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons dry spice / Vegeta or Biozačin 2 bay leaves 100 ml of oil or 2–3 Tablespoons of lard 1 medium saucepan and lid pinch of soda bicarbonate as you desire Preparation: Cut one half of the meat into smaller cubes and some long pieces into slightly larger pieces, finely chop the onion. Don't forget to always add water a little at a time because that way we will always determine the thickness of the goulash we want! When the chicken stew is ready, serve it with polenta and a piece of bread. If you don't have polenta, it can be served with boiled potatoes or rice.
