Meringue

  • Meringue are simple dessert. You don't need a lot of time to put in the effort to make them. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 2-3 h
  • 5 egg whites

  • 250 g of powdered sugar

  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar/ 10 g

  • 1/2 juice of a lemon

Preparation:
  1. Beat the egg whites well, in solid snow, add the gradual sugar and continue mixing. Then add the vanilla sugar, lemon juice and mix well until you get thick snow.

  2. When you get a thick mass, put everything in a cookie syringe, arrange on baking paper in a baking tray.

  3. Bake on a moderate heat at 160 °C for 15–20 minutes.

  4. When they are ready, dry them by opening the oven, let it rest 1-2 h.

  5. Serve the meringue when it has cooled.

NOTE: While the meringue is baking, you can sprinkle crushed biscuits or some thick fruit syrup over them if you want.

You can also paint them in any color with the help of cake paint!
