Kiwi Shake

  • A wonderful shake, healthy and refreshing, especially in summer. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, 7 min.
  • 3-4 kiwi

  • 1 Tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

  • 250 ml milk

  • 1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g

Preparation:
  1. Peel the kiwi, cut it into pieces, chop it together with honey, milk and vanilla sugar, mix everything in blender well.

  2. Put it in the fridge for a few minutes to cool down and then drink it. Enjoy!
