Mixed Mediterranean Salad

  • This salad is of the Mediterranean type and goes with all main dishes, all kind of meat and fish. A very healthy and easy salad, great for those on a diet. It is easy to prepare and ready quickly. Follow instructions.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 10 min. 2 serving
  • 1 pack 125 g mixed salad/ green lettuce, pink lettuce, rocket, spinach, arugula

  • 1 yellow pepper/ or red pepper

  • 6 cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 cucumber/ into thin rings

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • olive oil to taste

  • apple cider vinegar to taste

  • 1 teaspoon weed dill

Preparation:
  1. Wash the vegetables well, cut the tomatoes in half and the peppers and cucumber into rings.

  2. Mix everything in a deep salad bowl, add spices to taste and pour olive oil over them. This salad is of the Mediterranean type and goes with all main dishes.

Enjoy in meal!


NOTE: With this salad, you can combine mozzarella, feta Greek cheese, black olives, and a boiled egg. This is the base of the Mediterranean salad! Keep the salad in the refrigerator for only 1 day!
