Prepare a homemade natural beverage twice daily using tropical fruits, vinegar, and cinnamon. This drink effectively reduces high cholesterol and abdominal fat. Please adhere to the provided instructions.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 5 min.
2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 red grapefruit
1 orange
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
Preparation:
Extract the juice from the orange and grapefruit, then incorporate the cinnamon and vinegar.
Thoroughly shake the mixture, ideally using a shaker or a jar with a lid, to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
Consume the liquid in a glass twice daily before meals.
