  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 green chili

  • 1 coppery tomatoes

  • 20 ml extra virgin olive oil

  • 10 ml lime juice

  • 10 g shallot

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 1 pinch of fine salt

Preparation:
  1. To prepare the guacamole sauce, begin by focusing on the primary ingredient: avocado. Slice it in half lengthwise, then insert the knife blade into the pit and twist to remove it effortlessly. Use a small knife to cut the flesh,

  2. allowing for easy extraction with a spoon. Collect the avocado in a small bowl. Next, halve the lime and squeeze out the juice, which should be poured over the avocado pulp.

  3. Season with salt and pepper, and mash the pulp with a fork. Set it aside. Peel and finely chop the shallot, then wash, dry, and slice the tomato, cutting the slices into cubes. Trim the green (or red) chili,

  4. remove the seeds, and slice it into strips, then dice it. Add the chopped shallot and diced tomatoes to the bowl with the mashed avocado pulp.

  5. Incorporate the chili and oil, stirring to combine. Adjust the salt and pepper if needed. Your guacamole sauce is now ready to be served.
