500 g fresh raspberries/ or any berries
2 peaches/ peeled
100 g of sugar
1 tsp baking powder/ as you like thicker
Preparation:
Blend fruit:
Place the raspberries and peaches into a blender.
Add sugar and blend the mixture thoroughly. If you want it thicker, add a teaspoon of baking powder.
Line the pan with a 28 x 43 cm sheet of wet baking paper and spread the blended fruit evenly in a thin layer.
Baking:
Place the pan in the oven set at 75°C, allowing it to dry for 4-6 hours. The duration may vary based on the oven and the thickness of the mixture.
The process is complete when the center can be touched without the mixture adhering to your finger.
Remove from the oven once the edges are dry.

Remove the baking paper.
Cut the baking paper into thin strips.
Utilize scissors or a knife to slice the dried fruit into narrow strips.
Roll and store in an airtight container or plastic freezer bags.

You can use any fruit you like for this recipe, you can add cinnamon, vanilla sugar and lemon peel depending on whether it goes well with the fruit.
