Fruit Muffins

  • Fruit muffins, beautiful, soft and juicy, try to follow the recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min.
  • 2 eggs

  • 180 g of liquid yogurt

  • 90 ml of oil

  • 290 g of smooth flour

  • 1/2 baking powder/ 5 g

  • 225 g of sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoons of salt

  • 200 g of frozen forest fruits

  • 2 Tablespoons density

Preparation:
  1. In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients — sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, and yogurt.

  3. Slowly add the dry ingredients, mix everything well with a food processor.

  4. Put the frozen wild berries in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of the stock and mix everything well.

  5. Mix the fruit prepared in this way into the biscuit mixture. Adding density will prevent all your fruit from sinking to the bottom of the basket.

  6. Arrange the muffin baskets in the muffin tin and fill them to a height.

  7. Bake the muffins for 15–18 minutes at a temperature of 180 °C, or until they take on a golden yellow color.
