Oatmeal with Almond and Fruits

  • A simple nutritious and healthy dish, ideal for breakfast or dinner. It is very easy to prepare and ready quickly. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min.
  • 4 Tbsp rolled oats

  • water or milk to taste/or almond milk

  • ground almonds/ or other nuts / to taste

  • 1 banana/ diced

  • 1 apple/ grated

  • cinnamon to taste

Preparation:
  1. Pour hot water over the oats and leave for about 15 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, mash the bananas.

  3. Finely chop the apple that you previously washed.

  4. When the oats have swelled, add the mashed banana, chopped apple, stir then the nuts to taste.

  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Enjoy in bites!
