Mom's Salty Rolls

  • It doesn't need any special knowledge, it is easy to prepare, and this recipe is very tasty for me and my mom. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: cup -200 ml., simple, total time: 90 min.

Dough:

  • 1 cup 250 ml of oil

  • 1 cup mineral water/ or yogurt

  • 1 cup of warm milk

  • 1 yeast cube/42 g

  • 900 g flour

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Glaze:

  • 1 egg+ 40 ml milk

  • and little milk, sesame, Kim

Preparation:
  1. Put 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar in 150 ml of milk, leave it for 20 minutes.

  2. After putting the yeast that stood and the rest of the materials in a bowl and gradually add flour.

  3. Knead the dough well and leave for about 20 minutes.

  4. Knead the dough again and make squares 7 cm long divided by 7 mm.

  5. It can be filled with salty or sweet, jam, cheese, ham, if desired, pastry at 200 °C for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
