  • 3 Tbsp peanuts with skin/ crushed in a mortar and pestle, roasted

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 3/4 Tbsp palm sugar

  • 1 tsp red curry paste

  • salt to taste

Preparation:
  1. Heat coconut milk.

  2. Add smashed peanuts and boil.

  3. Add palm sugar followed by curry paste and mix well.

  4. Season with salt and taste.

  5. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
