400 ml water
200 ml acid vinegar
5 Tbsp granulated sugar
220 g tomato concentrate/ small bowl
2 flat tsp chili flakes
2 Tbsp corn starch + 50 ml water
3 jars/ 250 ml or 6 small jars
Preparation:
Pour water, sugar and vinegar into a small saucepan, mix and cook on low to moderate heat. When the sugar is absorbed, add the entire tube of tomato concentrate and chili, mix it all well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and add the starch-water mixture. Stir until the mixture thickens well.
Pour the finished mixture into sterile jars with lids and store for about 7 days.
