"May your kitchen always be filled with wonderful aromas, your table with good food and your heart with the joy of sharing" ☕❤️🌹
NOTE:
As an alternative to sour cream, you may use Mascarpone or Philadelphia cream cheese, complemented by a small amount of liquid sweet cream.
Any type of biscuits can be used for this cake. If they are firmer than Savoyardi (Ladyfingers), consider dipping them in milk, white coffee, or raspberry juice.
To prevent the biscuits from shifting during assembly, spread a spoonful of filling on the bottom of the pan before arranging the biscuits.
For a cream with color rather than a pure white appearance, incorporate 2-3 egg yolks and additional sugar.
Store the cake covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days without eggs, and up to 3-4 days if eggs are included.
