The perfect fasting meal salad with tuna, vegetables, and seeds. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 15 min.
150 g of lean mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
150 g of sweet corn
1 small leek or spring onion
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 canned tuna
smaller lettuce
1 tsp red ground pepper/ optional
Preparation:
Fry sesame and sunflower seeds until they turn brown, then add sweet corn and fry a little more. Cool everything well.
Add chopped leeks, lean mayonnaise, mustard, corn, lettuce, sesame and sunflower seeds, and tuna that you have drained from the fat.
Stir well and the salad is ready.
