Use a knife to cut the chicken in filet 5 mm. Sprinkle the fillet with olive oil and coat the chicken, add salt and pepper to the meat, then add a 2 tsp curry and mix well meat. Leave a meat 15 min, in this marinade. Coat the refractory dish with a little olive oil, then transfer the chicken filet and fill the slits with thinly sliced cheese, bacon, and paprika. Roll up the fillets and hook them with a toothpick and arrange them. You can put the rest of the paprika, bacon and a little cheese of 20 g, over the chicken fillets. In one bowl, pour the cooking sour cream, to which you need to add mustard, salt, and pepper. Then grate the Trappist cheese, add 1–2 cloves of garlic and mix everything well. Pour over the chicken and place in an already preheated oven, then bake at 180-190 °C and bake until the chicken gets a nice color. If necessary, you can increase the temperature to 200 °C after a while. When it gets colored, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over the sour cream and let it simmer. If you want, you can sprinkle this dish with finely chopped spring onions. Bake a total of about 45-60 min. depending on the oven! NOTE: I didn't use mustard and spring onions because I didn't have. - How to make Original Ragù Bolognese Lena
How to make Original Ragù Bolognese Lena Bolognese sauce is one of the most famous dishes of the traditional cuisine of Emilia-Romagna, which became the queen of Italian cuisine, a dressing for tagliatelle, spaghetti and lasagna, etc. This is a sauce based on mixed minced meat, cooked slowly, over low heat, this sauce is easy to prepare, it just takes a little patience. The minced meat of the bolognese sauce must not be made of lean beef, but of a mixture of pork and beef and slow cooking. This is a real, authentic recipe from the regions of Italy. This ragout is fantastic and goes well with egg pasta, but it is definitely a good combination with lasagna and cannelloni. Follow recipe. Ingredients : simple, total time: 60 min. 6 servings 1 small onion/ finely chopped 1/2 stick of celery/ finely chopped 1 small carrot/ finely chopped 150 g of diced bacon pork cheek/ optional 250 g of ground pork loin 350 g of ground beef muscle 1/2 glass of dry white wine 400 g of tomato sauce 2 teaspoon red ground pepper 2 Tablespoons of tomato paste extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp each basil and oregano/ or to taste the pasta you like/ spaghetti, macaroni, gnocchi, any pasta Grated Parmesan cheese/ if you like Preparation: Bolognese Sauce Prepare all the ingredients as listed above. Finely chop the celery, carrot, and onion. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add the vegetables and cook them slowly over low heat about 7 min. Add the white wine in the sauce and let it evaporate. When you no longer smell the alcohol, add minced meat, and stir well. Season with salt and pepper. At this point, add the tomato purée and the concentrate, stir well. Add a little water as needed, depending on how thick you want it to be. I added about 150 ml. After that, add 2 tsp ground red pepper. Bring to a boil, and cover with the lid, cook over low heat for at least 25 min with occasionally stirring. In another pan, fry bacon about 5 minute and set aside. Add fried bacon oregano, basil to let it absorb, with stirring occasionally. Cook another 20 min. I have put a 1 teaspoon of oregano and basil at the same time. You can serve this sauce with any type of pasta, including gnocchi. I usually make them with spaghetti. The Bolognese sauce is ready to enrich your dishes. Add grated Parmesan cheese on top of your serving sauce! Buon appetito! NOTE: You can pack the leftover sauce prepared in this way into containers and put it in the freezer. When you take them out, add a little tomato paste, and a little water if needed, cook on medium heat until well combined. #food #maindsih #pasta #ragout #authentic #original #recipe #italian #simple #delcious #recipe #blog #foodblog #foodblogger #coffeetimelena #foodlover #homemade Use the contact form for questions or advice. - Muffins with Wild Berries and white Chocolate
Muffins with Wild Berries and white Chocolate Famous little muffins delicious with fruit and chocolate, a great combination, a very nice dessert is quickly made if someone comes to visit you. Follow recipe. Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min. 12 muffins 100 g butter 120 g sugar 1 vanilla sugar/ 10 g 2 eggs 100 ml milk 200 g flour (smooth) 1/2 tsp baking powder pinch of salt 50-75 g hazelnuts 50-100 g of frozen forest fruit 50-100 g white chocolate for eating and cooking Preparation: Add the melted butter to the sugar, vanilla sugar and mix by hand to combine the ingredients into a uniform mixture. Add eggs and milk and continue to mix to reconnect. It can be done without hazelnuts, (but if you cook like me with them, put the hazelnuts in the oven for about 12 minutes at 160 °C.) Peel hazelnuts, grate it and slice it. Add baking powder with a little salt to the flour and mix well. Now gradually add the flour to the wet mixture, mix at the same time until the muffin mixture is uniform and cohesive. Now add coarsely chopped hazelnuts to the muffin mixture, stir briefly, pour into the muffin basket, so that the level of the mixture is a little more than half. I have put a double muffin basket in each other. Over add wild berries, white chocolate and some more chopped hazelnuts and lightly pressed. Bake muffins for about 20–25 minutes at 190 °C, it all depends on how your oven bakes, so check the situation from time to time. When the muffins are baked, cool them briefly, take them out of the baskets and sprinkle with powdered sugar, but very little just enough to surface decorate your muffins. They are really delicious, and I hope you will prepare them one day. You will also be more than satisfied. The quantity in the recipe is for 12 muffins. - Air Donuts (Mekike)
Air Donuts (Mekike) These air donuts are eaten all over Serbia and are fantastic, they are eaten hot and cold, you can combine them salty or sweet. You will enjoy eating soft and warm ones, and the preparation is not difficult to make with ease. I recommend. Follow recipe. Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min. 1/2 liter of lukewarm water 700 g of soft flour 1/2 cube of fresh yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 5 Tablespoons oil for dough 1/2 teaspoon salt frying oil for deep-frying Preparation: In the little pot put yeast in lukewarm water, add 1 teaspoon sugar. Let it raise 15 min. In a deep bowl, pour half the quantity of flour, salt, 5 drops of oil. Mix a little by hand, then add the rest of the flour gradually. Knead a smooth dough. Flour a little hand and dough. Knead lightly and superficially, just to form a soft ball of dough. If it sticks to your hands, add a little more flour, knead lightly. Let the dough rise for 15–30 minutes, covered. Flour the work surface well, knead the risen dough lightly with a little flour. Shake on a table, shape the dough into a ball and roll it out with a rolling pin. Not too thin roll, do not press hard with a rolling pin so that the holes in the dough do not stick and air does not come out. From the dough, cut slightly medium rectangles with a knife and cut in the middle with a knife. You will cut the dough easier if you occasionally apply flour on the knife. Leave them for about 10 minutes to rest, covered. Heat the oil. Dip your fingertips in the flour each time so that the donuts do not stick. It is also important to take them very lightly, without pressing, because they will flatten. Put in hot oil, the upper side goes down first. When well browned, turn the other side to brown. Remove to a kitchen paper to drain. - How to make a Gnocchi
How to make a Gnocchi Here is a recipe for how to make wonderful gnocchi, an original Italian recipe! 1. Ingredients without egg : 1 kg red potatoes 350 g flour 00 15 g fine salt remilled durum wheat semolina to taste __________________________________ 2. Ingredients with egg: 1 kg red potatoes 300 g 00 flour 1 medium eggs salt up to taste remilled durum wheat semolina to taste Preparation: To prepare the potato gnocchi, start by boiling the latter: arrange the potatoes with peel in a large pot and cover with plenty of cold water. From the moment the water boils, count about 30–40 minutes, depending on their size. Do the fork test and if the prongs enter the middle without difficulty then you can drain them. Peel the potatoes and mash them while they are still hot on the flour, that you have sifted, on the pastry board and arranged in a fountain flour. Then add the lightly beaten egg together with a pinch of salt. Knead everything with your hands until you get a soft but compact dough. Remember that if you work them too much, the gnocchi will become hard during cooking, so just knead the necessary time. Take a part of the dough and roll it out with your fingertips to get 2 cm thick loaves. To do this, help yourself by flouring the pastry board, from time to time, with semolina. Meanwhile, cover the remaining dough with a tea towel to prevent it from drying out. Cut the loaves into chunks and, by pressing lightly with your thumb, drag them onto the rigagnocchi to obtain the classic shape. If you do not have the rigagnocchi you can use a fork and drag them onto the prongs; also in this case, use semolina flour to prevent them from sticking. As you prepare the potato gnocchi, place them on a tray with a lightly floured cloth, well spaced from each other. If you intend to cook them, you can pour them a few at a time in boiling salted water; as soon as they come to the surface, the gnocchi is considered cooked and therefore ready to be drained and seasoned. All the vegetables that you cooked previously need to cool down well, as well as the eggs, and only then mix the ingredients. Mix all the vegetables well, add boiled eggs, ham, mayonnaise (one pack of 300 grams of mayonnaise) a spoonful of mustard, a pinch of salt and a little pepper. If you like a more sour salad, add two tablespoons of lemon juice, this is optional. Stir it well, and decorate it with parsley leaves.
