Mini Piroshke with Cheese

  • Piroshke are delicious soft, juicy, you enjoy making them and children will love them. They are made quickly and easily. The dough should not be hard, but soft, a little adhesive. The dough doesn't need to come, it is immediately fried in a little oil, These piroshke are not fat. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min.
  • 250 g fine cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp salt (taste depend on salty cheese is)

  • 1 bag baking powder/ or 1 Tbsp.

  • 300 g flour and little more if needed for mixing

Preparation:
  1. All ingredients mix it well with hand whisk first cheese, egg, salt, baking powder, then flour).

  2. Roll out the dough well, add flour as needed, divide it into 3 parts, take each ball and roll it with a hand out into a thin roll and then cut it into 4 cm lengths.

  3. Meanwhile, put the pan and a little oil to heat over a higher heat.

  4. Put the mini dough in the oil when it is well heated. Set aside and serve with yogurt. The meal is great for breakfast and dinner. Buon appetito!
