Tiramisu without Eggs

  • Tiramisu cake is originally from Treviso, Italy. Delicious, juicy refreshing flies only 40 minutes you need to finish this cake and sweeten. It is easy to make. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min.
  • 250 ml of sweet sour cream

  • 500 g Mascarpone

  • 100 g powdered sugar

  • 1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g

  • a couple drops of lemon juice

  • 250 ml of cold coffee

  • 40 ml Amaretto liqueur or pinch of vanilla

  • about 60 biscuits ladyfingers

  • cocoa to sprinkle tiramisu

  1. Add amaretto liqueur to the brewed, cold coffee.

  2. Whip the sweet sour cream, gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, mascarpone, and a few drops of lemon juice. Combine the ingredients well, until you get a smooth and shiny mixture.

  3. Dip the biscuits in coffee with liqueur, spread on the bottom of the pan, then coat with cream, then again the biscuits, after cream, etc. finish top with the cream, sprinkle with cocoa how much do you want.

  4. Leave the tiramisu to set overnight, to let the biscuits soften completely!
