Biscuit:
6 eggs
6 Tbsp sugar
6 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
4 Tbsp chocolate powder
1 bag baking powder
1 bag vanilla sugar
150 ml of oil
150 ml of milk
Yellow cream:
2 bag vanilla puddings/ 80g
900 ml of milk
6 Tbsp granulated sugar
150 g of butter
Brown cream:
2 bag chocolate puddings/ 80g
800 ml of milk
6 Tbsp sugar
100 g of butter

Preparation:
For the Biscuit
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Mix egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, add oil, after a few minutes of mixing gradually add flour with baking powder and then cocoa and chocolate powder.
Finally, stir in the specially beaten egg whites with a food processor.
Pour the mass into a greased and floured baking sheet of medium size, flatten and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
Drill the baked and still hot biscuit evenly with the handle of the cooker.
Prepare the Yellow cream
First by whipping the finely chopped butter into the hot cooked pudding with a wire whisk.
