## Irresistible Chocolate Pudding Cake Delight
This homemade chocolate pudding cake is a delectable and moist dessert, expertly crafted from chocolate pudding and sponge cake. It offers a straightforward and quick preparation process, resulting in a dessert you will truly enjoy. It is an excellent choice for any occasion, especially when entertaining unexpected guests. Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min., 12-14 portions
Dough:
3 eggs
100 g granulated sugar
4 full Tbsp flour
1/2 bag baking powder
20 ml oil
1 lemon peel grated
2 Tbsp milk
Filling:
600 ml milk
1-2 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 bag chocolate pudding powders/ 80g
100 g butter
2 bars of chocolate/ 60g
Tools:

baking dish 20x30 cm
mold for bread 12x30 cm

Preparation:
Line the baking dish 20 x 30 cm with baking paper and grease it.
Dough:
In a deep bowl, add the egg whites and beat them with sugar until you achieve a solid snow-like consistency.
Add flour mixed with baking powder, and mix gently with a spatula.
Add oil, grated lemon peel, and milk, mix again with a spatula, until uniform.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish 20 x 30 cm lined with baking paper and level.
Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
During this time, make the pudding filling.
Filling:
Separate 200 ml of milk from the total amount and pour the remaining 400 ml of milk into a small saucepan and heat sugar as desired (1-2 spoons) on a low, moderate heat.
Add pudding to 200 ml of milk and mix well without lumps.
When the milk has become warm (before boiling), add the pudding mixture and mix constantly until you get a thick cream.
Remove from heat add chocolate bars, and cool for about 5-7 minutes.
Add butter, mix with a wire whisk until the cream is well combined.
Assambling cake:
Cool the finished cake for about 10 - 15 minutes, then cut it into cubes.
Place the cubes in a deep container and pour over the chocolate and pudding filling. Mix well.
Take a 13 x 30 cm bread pan, line it with baking paper or nylon foil so that the sides fall on the outside, pour the mixture and level, level the cake, and line it with nylon foil.
This prepared the cake, which needs to cool for about 2-3 hours, it can be left overnight so that it hardens better.
If you wish, you can decorate it with powdered sugar and colorful chocolate crumbs.
Cut the cake into slices.
