Fruit Kuglof with Raspberries

  • As I mentioned, Kuglof can be made in many ways and with different ways and ingredients, certainly tasty and decorative for festive occasions as well. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 75 min.
  • 200 g flour type 400

  • 2 bags of vanilla pudding burst

  • 1 bag vanilla sugar/ or 1 Tablespoon

  • 1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g or 1 Tablespoon /

  • 125 g of sugar

  • 150 ml of milk

  • 125 ml of oil

  • 4 eggs

  • 100 g of cooking chocolate with 70% cocoa

  • 300 g raspberries

  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

  1. Mix all the powdered ingredients—flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, pudding powder and add eggs, milk, oil, and mix everything with a mixer for 2 minutes.

  2. Add grated chocolate and raspberries to the mixture and mix lightly.

  3. Transfer to a 22 cm diameter coated kuglof mold and bake for 40-50 min. at a temperature of 180 °C. Depend on oven. Check the dough with a toothpick.

  4. Remove the cooled cake from the mold and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
