Dough:

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 8 Tablespoons sugar

  • 150 ml of milk

  • 2 Tablespoons oil

  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 6 full Tablespoons flour

  • 1 baking powder

  • 3 Tablespoons jam


Topping:

  • 200 ml sweet sour cream

  • 100 g dark chocolate

Preparation:
  1. Preheat the oven to 200° C.

  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar together thoroughly, then incorporate the oil and milk while continuing to mix.

  3. Add the flour, cocoa, and baking powder to the mixture.

  4. Gently fold in the jam.

  5. Grease a baking tray approximately 30x20 cm in size, sprinkle it with a light coating of flour, and pour in the cake batter.

  6. Bake the cake for 35 minutes, reducing the oven temperature to 180° C, once the tray is placed inside.

  7. Prepare the topping 15 minutes into the baking process.

  8. Heat the sweet sour cream until just before boiling, then pour it over the broken chocolate, stirring until fully combined to achieve a lighter glaze consistency.

  9. Prick the baked cake and pour the glaze over the center, tilting the pan slightly to distribute evenly, or use a spoon to cover the slightly raised center.

  10. Allow the cake to cool, then refrigerate for several hours.

  11. Slice and serve.
