  • 250 g wheat 

  • 250 g powdered sugar/ can be also less

  • 250 g ground walnuts

  • 1 bag vanilla sugar

  • a pinch of cinnamon

  • ground walnuts and walnut kernels for decoration

Preparation:
  1. Wash the grain of wheat well several times under cold water.

  2. Cook the wheat in water (50/50), then strain and grind in a meat grinder. In the pressure cooker is cooked for about 45 - 1 hour, and the ordinary pot for about 2 hours. Mostly cook until the wheat is soft.

  3. Mix with powdered sugar and ground walnuts.

  4. Add vanilla sugar and cinnamon to taste to the prepared mass.

  5. Place the prepared grain in a decorative bowl, sprinkle with ground walnuts and decorate with walnut halves if desired. If you want, you can also use whipped cream as a decoration.
