Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min.
Basic mixture
5 egg whites
pinch of salt
10 Tbsp granulated sugar
5 egg yolks
450 ml of sweet cream
2 vanilla sugar/ 20 g
The white part
150 g of milk spread/ Philadelphia or similar
Cappuccino part
2.5 - 3 Tbsp cappuccino powder (classic)
500 ml of milk
1 Tbsp rum
4 Tbsp brewed coffee
Topping
500 ml of sweet cream
50 g of cooking chocolate
2 Tbsp brewed coffee
Other
2–3 Tbsp of brewed coffee
6 Tbsp cocoa powder
Preparation:
Heat the milk and whisk the cappuccino powder into it, spoon by spoon, so that no lumps form.
Stir until all the powder has dissolved, add four tablespoons of brewed coffee and a tablespoon of rum and let the mixture cool.
Heat 500 ml of sweet cream, then pour over the chocolate and stir to melt to form a uniform mixture, then add 2 tablespoons of brewed coffee and stir.
Beat the egg whites with a couple of grains of salt into a stiff batter, adding a tablespoon by tablespoon of sugar.
Add the egg yolks one by one to the snow and mix further until all the egg yolks are used up.
In another bowl, whisk the sweet cream with the vanilla sugar, but be careful not to make it too much, let it be firm but creamy, do not mix further. Then add the whipped cream to the egg mixture and mix well.
Separate half of this mixture into the bowl where the whipped cream was.
Add milk spread to one half and mix well, and add the mixture with cappuccino to the other half and mix to form a uniform mixture.
First put the cappuccino mixture in a 3 liter bowl, pour over 2–3 tablespoons of coffee and gently stir with a few strokes with a fork just enough to spread the coffee on several sides, and do the same with the chocolate topping (pour over and just lightly stir fork).
Then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cocoa and spread the white part of the ice cream over it.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cocoa and with a larger spoon in several places lift the lower part of the ice cream on top so that the mixtures are intertwined.
Then flatten and sprinkle again on top with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and put in the freezer.
Buon appetito!
