Ingredients: easy, total time:45 min, 8 servings 500 ml of water 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 500 g of corn meal 1.5-2 Tablespoons of lard sesame seed /optional Preparation: Coat a baking tray measuring about 25 × 35 cm with 1/2 tablespoon of lard. Turn on the oven to 200 °C. Pour cold water into the bowl and add salt and eggs. Stir with a mixer, then gradually add the cornflour, stirring constantly so that no lumps form. You will get a creamy dough. Pour the mixture into the prepared and greased pan. Heat the remaining lard separately, then pour it over the corn bread/proja. Chop the gherkins. Put all those ingredients except feta cheese in a baking dish. Beat eggs in a deep bowl, add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, chopped feta cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and mix it all well. Pour over the ingredients and mix well, gently press the surface with a fork and flatten. Sprinkle with red ground pepper and oregano. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Heat the oven to 180 °C. Bake for about 25–30 minutes. Leave to cool a little, then cut into portions and serve immediately with yogurt, sour milk, ajvar or ketchup.     Baklava with Plasma and Cherries Baklava is a simple Turkish dessert, and it is made in many ways, and this is a baklava with a cherry that has an excellent taste and smell. Vegetables should not be cooked for more than 30 minutes. I always like this soup when it's cold season because it's very healthy and full of vitamins. This soup meat and vegetables give it a great taste! You can combine it with another side dish if you ask me, broccoli, cauliflower, and spinach go great as well as Brussels sprouts. Everything is eaten cooked and is excellent because it is rich in vitamins and proteins. Follow recipe. Cauliflower/ boiled 6 min. Preparation : Prepare all the ingredients as described above. Peel and wash potatoes, clean of impurities and if necessary cut in half into larger pieces celery root, peel carrots and parsnips. Peel only the first layer of the onion, and wash it. Wash the beef meat under running water. Set aside. Wash and remove the excess skin from the cockerel, (not all), remove the coccyx. Set aside. Wash well, celery stalk, then cut in half. Set aside. In a larger pot of 5-6 liters, arrange the first meat on the bottom and from above put all the vegetables you have prepared and 2 cloves of garlic. Cook on moderate heat, 35 minutes, with the lid half covered. Skim the fat off the surface with a spoon after 30 minutes of cooking. Add beef soup cube, and peppercorns. Check the vegetables with a fork if they are soft, take them out, do not overcook them! Let them cooling to room temperature. Leave the onion and garlic to cook for a while because it gives the soup its flavor and texture. Continue to cook 1 hour and 30 minutes, add water as needed, (I did not add) add spices, black pepper, and salt to taste. During this time, finely chop the parsley, celery leaves and put them aside. Prepare a small pot, add 250 ml of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cook the pasta in the boiling water for about 3 minutes, depending on the size. You will cook this pasta in it for 10 minutes before the end of the soup. When the soup is ready, strain the pasta. Cook the pasta as much as you will consume for lunch, do not add it to the soup because then the dough will be gooey in the following days. I put a handful of pasta. When the soup is almost ready, check the taste, add spices if necessary. Cook for about 5 minutes. (If you want, you can filter the soup with the help of a strainer, but first remove the bones and meat). Discard the bones. Turn off the heat, add fresh celery and parsley leaves, stir well. Serve warm in plates with the addition of pasta. For the main dish, put the meat on a larger plate and arrange the vegetables next to it, serve with horseradish, or mustard or Rinflaish sauce. Filling : 1 kg of apples/ cleaned and grated 100 g of raisins 100 g of coarsely ground walnuts 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon Biscuit for Roll : 5 eggs 5 Tbsp of granulated sugar 5 Tbsp of flour 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1 lemon peel grated/ optional For Sprinkle: 1 teaspoon honey 2 teaspoon any jam coarsely ground walnuts or powdered sugar Preparation: Filling : Soak the raisins in water for 10 minutes. Put the egg whites in a bowl with 90 gr of sugar (or half of the sugar you will use) and a pinch of salt. Once the sponge cake is cooked, do not open the oven immediately, leave it inside for another 10 min.
