- Recipes Lena
Recipes Lena Thank you for taking the time to visit my site, and I believe you will be motivated enough to start living and eating healthier. This website was created during the Crown Epidemic. I was inspired to write :), either out of sheer boredom or overtime, I don't know, maybe for both reasons :), and probably because I love cooking, so I want to share these posts with you. I remember that as a girl I was not so interested in sitting in the kitchen and watching while my mom was preparing various treats, I was like my whole generation, going out and hanging out :) That interest started at the age of 17, and it can be said that I was still a layman at the time. In the 80s I started collecting recipes, from all sides, from relatives and my travels. I even remember my father mistakenly throwing away a recipe book thinking it was an old notebook, I was very angry, I had to write again and collect again, don't ask me how I managed to do it myself :) Basically, I have reached that I have over 20,000 of them today. I am not one of those who consume all the food that is offered to me. It can be said that I am a bit picky, I have my refined taste, so I made a selection of all the good and famous dishes from certain countries. Among them are my recipes that are passed from generation to generation, which you will find on this page. In the Lena Recipes section, you will find my personal recipes, I believe you will like them. - Pizza Margherita
Pizza Margherita This pizza was named after Queen Marguerite of Savoy, prepared for her in 1889 at a party at the Capodimonte Palace in Naples, she was delighted with the colors white, red, green. Follow recipe. Ingredients: 900 g of flour 00 /or Manitoba 15 g of fresh brewer's yeast 3 teaspoons sea salt 450 ml of water 2 teaspoons sugar 1/2 cup extra virgin olives Pizza Toppings: 500 ml tomato sauce 1 kg – mozzarella Basil to taste Salt to taste Extra virgin olive oil to taste oregano if you like Preparation: Dissolve brewer's yeast in a little warm water, about 10 ml. Add salt to the flour and mix. Pour water into a large bowl, add a little dissolved yeast, oil, and flour, while with the other hand start kneading. Collect the remaining flour with your hands and knead in a circular motion: mixing takes about 15 minutes until the dough reaches the right compactness. When the dough is ready, make a loaf with your hands and lightly flour it. Cover it with a dry and clean cloth and let the dough rest until it doubles in volume. This can take up to 6 hours, depending on the internal temperature. To speed up the time, you can put it in the oven that is turned off with the light on. When the dough has risen, knead again and make eight loaves, cover with a cloth and leave to rest until they double in volume. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing: pour the tomato purée into a bowl and add a salt, cover, and place in the fridge. Cut the mozzarella into slices or pieces and put it in a colander: that way, it will lose the excess whey. Now roll out the loaves: to get the shape and consistency of the Neapolitan pizza Margherita, roll it out with your hands: place the whips in the middle of the dough and knead in a circular motion so that the air moves outwards. The edge or protrusion will be so puffy and soft. Season the pizza with tomato, mozzarella, and basil, put a sheet of parchment paper on the pan, put the pizza in it, and add oil. Bake in a preheated oven at maximum temperature, about 240 C, for 10 minutes. And level everything well with a spoon. Put the bowl with the biscuits in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Then allow the crust to cool. Pour about 30 cm of boiling water into the baking dish and place it on the lower half of the oven and close the oven while preparing the cheesecake filling. Prepare the cheese filling: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Mix on medium speed with a mixer until smooth. Return the mixture to the heat. Combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of water, cornstarch and cherry liqueur all together in a small bowl. When the liquid starts to simmer in the pot, then add all that mixture and, stirring constantly, remove from the heat before boiling. When the liquid has thickened, arrange the pulp on the cake first and then arrange the thickened syrup, pour over the whole cake so that the syrup can fall freely over the edges. Return the cake to the refrigerator 1 hour before serving. This cheesecake will be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Buon appetito! NOTE: if you use frozen cherries, first defrost them and strain them and use the juice for the syrup. #food #dessert #cheesecake #cake #strawberry #bake #strawberries #topping #cream #mascarpone #simple #delicious #recipe #blog #coffeetimelena Use the contact form for questions or advice.
